INTRODUCTION

The Lease Option (also called Rent to Own) has been used for many years as an alternative to renting or an outright sale. The program is very helpful to owners and real estate investors who want to put their rental properties on "auto pilot".

Our Lease Option program is simple. We lease the house from you at an agreed upon price for a one, three, five or seven year period. You give us the option to buy at a fixed price during the term of the lease. 

We then sublease the property to a qualified tenant who is serious about buying. We will thoroughly pre-screen all potential tenant/buyers. We will guarantee all payments to you for the term of the lease, regardless of whether the property is rented or vacant (Management companies don't do that!). We take 100% of the responsibility for management, maintenance and minor repairs, at no cost to you. The tenant will call US when there's a problem, not you.
